If you are not satisfied with your Aegis product for any reason whatsoever, return the product or unused portion of AegisGuard™ LL, LS or LP Radiation Shields with proof of purchase within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange.
Products received after 30 days from the invoice or sales slip date for an exchange or refund will not be accepted, nor will custom products, cut, scratched or otherwise damaged products.
Please use one of the following procedures for an exchange or refund.
If purchased from an authorized Aegis dealer, return the product in the original packaging to the dealer where purchased within 30 days from the purchase date for an exchange or full refund.
If purchased from Aegis, return the product in the original packaging by mail with a copy of the invoice within 30 days from the invoice date to the Aegis location appearing on the invoice for an exchange or full refund. Full refunds include original shipping charges, excluding Federal Express air shipments, delivery confirmation and insurance charges for the product being returned, and the US or International First Class Mail shipping cost to return it. Return postal charges for additional services, such as Priority Mail, certification, insurance, delivery verification etc., are not refundable.
