Will I receive an invoice or other proof of purchase? An invoice is included with all shipments that have the same billing and shipping surname. If the surnames are different, a packing list without prices is included with the shipment and an invoice is mailed to the billing name and address.

How do I know if the products I want are in stock? Unless otherwise indicated by the following color legend, all models are in stock and shipped within 1 - 3 business days. Please note your credit card will not be charged until the actual date of shipment and an e-mail confirmation message with shipping date information is sent within one business day for all orders received.For out of stock models, the color of the Item number denotes its stock status at the time of your visit, and the amount of time required for your order to be shipped appears below the stock status heading. |

What happens to the items in my shopping cart if I visit another web site? The items in your shopping cart and your IP address are retained in a separate backend database on the secure server and automatically deleted after 24 hours, unless you return within that time and submit a purchase. This allows you to leave our web site and return within 24 hours without losing your shopping cart information, provided that you log on from the same IP address. Note that your IP address is different for each new session with some online services, such as CompuServe and AOL. If you use a service like this and leave our web site, you must return during the same session to retain your shopping cart information.

Will my order be taxed? At this time, orders with a ship-to destination in Missouri include sales tax.

How are the shipping charges calculated? Shipping charges for products are calculated by weight. There are no shipping charges associated with Service Agreements.

How will my order be shipped? Orders within the contiguous United States are shipped by standard ground service. All other orders are shipped by air parcel post. Click here for information about optional Federal Express shipments. LExtender Tripods shipped to all destinations outside the United States must be shipped via FedEx Air.

When will my order be shipped? An acknowledgement will be sent via e-mail confirming our receipt of your order and the scheduled shipping date. Most items are in stock and the legend on every Company Store page provides information about when your order will be shipped. Credit card orders require 1 business day for processing. Orders paid for by U.S. company check, money order or cashiers check require 3 business days for processing after payment is received.You will be contacted again if your shipment is delayed for any reason.

What payment methods are available? American Express/Optima, Carte Blanche, Diners Club, Discover/Novus, JCB, MasterCard and Visa cards are accepted for orders placed through the Company Store, Aegis Order Forms submitted by fax, or phone orders.If you prefer to pay by U.S. company check, money order or cashiers check, orders can be submitted by phone (636-273-1011) or fax (636-273-1015). For fax orders, we will acknowledge the receipt of your order and advise the total, including shipping charges and taxes, if applicable. Payment can then be mailed to the Aegis location specified in our acknowledgement or by credit card.
