Except as noted below, Aegis and most of our authorized dealers, offer this 30 Day Money Back Guarantee for standard products appearing on our website. Customers served by an authorized dealer should confirm compliance with this guarantee policy prior to purchasing products from them.

This guarantee specifically excludes:

Custom products.
Multi-pack models.
Improper product usage.
Non-standard applications.

NOTE: AegisGuard™ Life Series (LL, LP and LS) standard products provide RF and EMF shielding protection from a wide range of unwanted RF and EMF for hundreds of applications. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct frequency range products for their shielding applications, and following the instructions included with each product. Each customer should review the AegisGuard™ Life Series home page and Shielding Applications page to ensure product suitability for their application, and guarantee eligibility before purchasing these products.

Please contact us or a local dealer for assistance with determining the correct products and frequency ranges for shielding applications in your area.

Returns
If you are not satisfied with your Aegis product, return it, or the unused portion, in the original package or sealed container with proof of purchase to place where purchased within 30 days of the sale date for a refund.

Please use one of the following procedures for an exchange or refund.

If purchased from an authorized Aegis dealer, return products with the sales slip or receipt in their original packaging to the dealer within 30 days from the sale date for a refund or exchange.
If purchased from Aegis, return products in their original packaging to the Aegis location appearing on the invoice with a copy of the invoice within 30 days from the invoice date for a refund or exchange.

Refunds include the product price paid. Shipping charges, delivery verification, international VAT, brokerage and custom duties are not refundable, nor shall Aegis, or it authorized dealers, be responsible for carrier, transit or customs delays. Returns received after 30 days from the purchase or invoice date or without the sales slip, receipt, invoice and original package will not be accepted.

The liability of Aegis Corporation and its authorized resellers shall not exceed the purchase price paid, nor shall Aegis Corporation, or its authorized resellers, be liable for any loss or damage, direct, incidental or consequential, arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use a product.
