Are there any charges if I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment without charge.

How are shipping charges calculated?
Shipping charges are calculated using package weight and dimensions according to the ship-to destination and shipping option selected by the customer on the View Cart page, and also when completing the Checkout process.

US shipping options are USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Ground, FedEx 2Day, or FedEx Standard Overnight.

International shipping options are USPS International Priority Mail or FedEx International Priority. Customers outside the United States are responsible for payment of all duty, tax and customs charges in the destination country.

Will I receive an invoice or other proof of purchase?
An invoice is included with all shipments having the same billing and shipping surname. If the surnames are different, a packing list, excluding prices, is included with the shipment, and an invoice is sent to the billing party.

What is your return policy if I am not satisfied with my purchase?

What happens to items in my shopping cart if I leave your website?
The items in your shopping cart and your IP address are retained and automatically deleted after 7 days, unless you return within that time and finalize a purchase. This allows you to leave our web site and return within 7 days without losing your shopping cart information, provided that you log on from the same IP address. Note your IP address may be different for each new session with some online services and if you use a service like this and leave our web site, you must return during the same session to retain your shopping cart information.

When will my order be shipped?
An acknowledgement will be sent via e-mail within 1 business day confirming our receipt of your order and the scheduled shipping date. Most items are in stock, and the majority of orders are shipped 1- 2 business days after receipt of payment. You will receive an email confirming the shipment was made and the tracking number, or if the shipment is delayed for any reason.

What payment methods are available?
American Express/Optima, Carte Blanche, Diners Club, Discover/Novus, JCB, MasterCard, Union Pay and Visa credit cards and PayPal.

Orders may also be paid by U.S. bank check, US or international bank US dollar money order, cashiers check, and wire transfers (T/T) paid in advance. These orders require 2 business days for processing after payment is received.

US dollar Letters of Credit (L/C) confirmed by a US bank and payable on demand upon proof of shipment (invoice and bill of lading or airway bill) with origination fees paid by the customer are also accepted.
